BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 5. Private enterprises of the Lebap region of Turkmenistan produced more than 1.93 million eggs from January through February 2023, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
According to the information, the growth rate of egg production by private enterprises in the region was 94 percent.
Thus, private companies in the Lebap region produced more than 995,000 eggs in the first two months of last year.
In general, private enterprises in the region in the reporting period increased milk production by 116 percent, sausage products - by 108 percent, and confectionery products - by 175 percent.
At the moment, Turkmenistan is doing a lot of work on the development of animal husbandry, increasing the number of livestock, manufacturing meat and dairy products, and strengthening the feed base of the industry. The improvement of local livestock enterprises continues.
