ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 25. Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are establishing cooperation in the defense sphere, Trend reports via Uzbekistan's Ministry of Justice.
According to the information, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law on ratification of the relevant agreement between the defense ministries of the two countries.
To note, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on September 22, 2024.
The heads of state discussed the high level of bilateral relations, successful cooperation in various spheres, including agriculture, energy, and industry, as well as interaction in the international arena.
