Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed an order on further regulation of foreign economic activity, Uzbek media reported on March 5.
Current customs tariffs regulation system doesn’t meet the modern requirements, according to the order.
The president created a workgroup to develop proposals on improvement of the customs regulation and tariffs system.
The workgroup will also prepare offers on implementation of the new customs rates.
