Agency of External Labour Migration of Uzbekistan will sign a memorandum of understanding with the Malaysian Association of Employment Agencies (PAPA), Trend reports citing the Dunyo News Agency.
This was announced during negotiations between the leadership of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, the Agency, and representatives of private employment agencies of Uzbekistan with PAPA President Jason Cheong.
Within the framework of the event, issues of establishing systematic work on the employment of citizens of Uzbekistan in Malaysia were discussed in detail.
Malaysian agencies expressed interest in establishing cooperation with Uzbek agency and similar private agencies of Uzbekistan in this direction.
As a result of the event, agreements on the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Agency of External Labour Migration of Uzbekistan and the Malaysian Association of Employment Agencies for further development of practical cooperation were reached.
Founded in 2018, PAPA is the largest Malaysian association on the employment of foreign migrants. The association has 46 member companies operating in this field. The Association has established cooperation with similar organizations in Southeast Asia, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and other countries.
