The Russian Moscow Exchange and the Uzbek Toshkent Stock Exchange signed a memorandum of cooperation, within the framework of which it is planned to develop exchange instruments, open new markets and strengthen interaction, Trend reports via the press-services of the exchange.
It is planned to establish trade links between the exchanges via the technology which allows duplicating the order book on the external market, on the exchange floor with execution at the price of the external platform.
This is necessary for the cross-listing of securities included in the quotation lists of trading platforms.
In addition, the Moscow Exchange will share its experience with Toshkent Exchange in organizing trades in foreign securities.
Russian investors and financial institutions are interested in participating in the growth of the capital market of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
