Uzbekistan will supply foodstuffs in the amount of $50 million to Kazakhstan, Trend reports via Uzbek Media Outlets.
An agreement on this matter was signed between Uzbek UzAgroLogisticsCenters and Kazakh TL NIKA Keden companies during the third Forum of Interregional cooperation between the two countries.
The main goal of the partnership concluded between UZAgroLogisticsCenters and TL NIKA Keden is the creation and effective implementation of a mechanism for the security of supply chains of goods and foodstuffs from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, as well as the implementation of the framework of security standards adopted by the World Customs Organization in 2005.
Recently, during the visit of the president of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, 22 documents were signed, which cover various areas of Uzbek-Kazakh interaction, one of the most important of them is the agricultural and industrial sphere.
