Uzbekistan has exported 17,000 tons of peanuts in the amount of $18.4 million to 31 foreign countries from January through October of 2021, Trend reports referring to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
This figure decreased by 10,500 tons compared to the corresponding period of the last year.
During this period, most peanuts were exported to Kazakhstan in the amount of 4,600 tons.
The main countries that imported peanuts from Uzbekistan in 10 months of 2021 were: Russia (2,400 tons), Azerbaijan (2,300 tons), China (2,200 tons), Kyrgyzstan (1,700 tons), Ukraine (811 tons), Afghanistan (752 tons), Turkmenistan (635 tons), Pakistan ( 415 tons), Belarus (1,400 tons), Netherlands (252 tons).
