BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. Net revenue of Uzbekistan’s UzAuto Motors company in the first quarter of 2022 amounted to 619.6 billion soums ($54.9 million), which is an increase of 75 percent compared to the same period of 2021, Trend reports via the company.
From January through March 2022, the revenue of Uzauto Motors amounted to 8.6 trillion soums ($762.8 million), while in the same period last year it amounted to 4.4 trillion. soums ($390.3 million).
The cost of production in the reporting period increased from 3.55 trillion soums ($314.8 million) to 7.2 trillion soums ($638.6 million).
Gross profit increased by 64 percent and amounted to 1.47 trillion soums ($130.3 million).
The company's expenses during this period amounted to 7.6 trillion soums ($674 million).
From January through March 2022, the company produced 68,746 vehicles.
