BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 21. The value of the gold reserves of Uzbekistan decreased in 10 months of 2022, reaching $21 billion, Trend reports citing the Uzbek Central Bank.
From January through October 2022, the volume of gold reserves of Uzbekistan amounted to 12.8 million troy ounces.
The value of official reserve assets of Uzbekistan reached $32.3 billion in the corresponding period, which is a decrease compared to the same period of 2021 ($35.2 billion).
During this period, the value of other assets in foreign currency amounted to $141.4 million, which is an increase of 42.5 percent compared to the same period of 2021 ($99.2 million).
