BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 2. In the framework of the localization program, JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" produced goods with an overall worth of 4 trillion som ($356.5 million) as a part of 18 projects in 2022, Trend reports, citing Uzbek media.
Uzbekneftegaz, in cooperation with local producers, launched the production of 16 new types of production. The overall worth of the newly launched products amounted to ($5.7 million).
In particular, the Bukhara oil refinery started producing “Euro-4.5”, “Euro-6” and “AI-98” gasoline, and “Jet A-1” fuel.
The Shurtan gas chemical complex produced pipes with a diameter of 32 mm to 250 mm for the drip irrigation system.
As a result of the launch of new production, Uzbekistan was able to reduce the imports of the above-mentioned goods, as well as some others.
