Earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale jolted the Shishtamad city in the Khorasan-e Razavi province of Iran today, Irinn reported.
The Seismological Center under the Tehran University's Geophysics Institute registered the quake at 08:13 local time.
There are yet no reports on the number of possible casualties or damage to properties by the quake.
