Earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale jolted the Faryab city in the Kerman province ofIran today, Mehr reported.
The Seismological Center under the Tehran University's Geophysics Institute registered the quake at 00:20 local time.
There are yet no reports on the number of possible casualties or damage to properties by the quake.
