Iranian FM arrives in Bali

Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi arrived in Bali, Indonesia, early Wednesday to attend the 16th Ministerial Meeting of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), IRNA reported.

Salehi will meet with a number of his counterparts on the sidelines of the gathering, including Egyptian foreign minister.

The meeting is being held simultaneously with 50th anniversary of Non-Aligned Movement foundation in the year 1961.

During the 2-day meeting, the foreign ministers are to approve the draft document of the movement future outlook. At the end of the meeting, rotating chairmanship of the NAM will be handed over to Iran from Egypt.

The 16th summit meeting of NAM will be held in Tehran next year.

Azerbaijan Republic and Fiji are to be accepted as new members of the NAM, so the total number of the NAM members will reach 120.
