Supreme Leader warned Iranian authorities

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei issued a warning to the Iranian authorities, the leader's official website reported.

Speaking to the students this morning in Tehran, on the eve of marking the 13th Aban, 13th Aban, National Day of Campaign against Global Arrogance, Khamenei made the remarks regarding country's officials.

"Eve if authorities have differences, those should not be demonstrated, there is no need to point out every mistake," Khamenei said.

The leader was referring to Iran's president who wanted to visit country's Evin prison, yet the General Prosecutor said that the visit was "unappropriate" at the time.

This was followed by letters sent from Ahmadinejad to the Prosecutors office, regarding the prison visit.

Khamenei said that until the upcoming presidential elections in Iran, the difference in views must not be expressed, as it can mean betraying your own country.

Khamenei issued a warning to the President, head of Iran's parliament and the head prosecutor, that they should continue doing their work, and and not let foreign media use their statements for propaganda against Iran.

Leader of the Islamic Revolution also said the challenges posed by the global hegemons against Iran will never end and will only make the Iranian nation stronger.
