A group of journalists of National Iranian Radio and Television held a rally in front of the UN office in Tehran, Trend reports referring to IRINN.
The journalists demanded to release journalist of Iran's Press TV channel Marzieh Hashemi.
Hashemi's real name is Melanie Franklin and she is a US citizen. She was detained in the US state St. Louis on January 13.
The US officials said that Hashemi was detained to testify in a criminal case.
