Iran to move forward according to nuclear schedule: Ahmadinejad
( Irna ) - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Wednesday Iran has a transparent nuclear stance and will proceed based on the scheduled plan.
Ahmadinejad was speaking to reporters when asked about recent remarks made by the UN nuclear watchdog chief Mohamed ElBaradei that Iran has slowed down installation of centrifuges.
"The installation process may be slow or high. This is an executive work.
"But no one should expect us to give up our rights and suspend the trend of activities," he said.
He added, "All Iran's nuclear activities are carried out within the frameworks of the International Atomic Energy Agency regulations.
"We demand all our nation's rights and will not retreat from absolute rights one iota."
Ahmadinejad stressed, "We advocate dialogue and are ready to remove the IAEA ambiguities over Iran's peaceful nuclear program during talks."
