Iranian administration has proposed the country's $340 billion budget for the Iranian fiscal year starting March 20, 2018 to parliament on Dec. 10.
In the budget bill, the expenditure for main intelligence entities was set at 41 trillion rials (about $1.2 billion), meanwhile the figure for current year (started March 2017) is 39.7 trillion rials.
The figures indicates that the Iranian administration has increased intelligence expenditure by some 4 percent compared with the current fiscal year.

The Iranian administration has allocated over 97 percent of the intelligence budget for the intelligence ministry.
Rouhani’s government has increased the IRGC budget by 38 percent, meanwhile the allocated budget for Army has been decreased by 85 percent.
