Iranian Trade Promotion Organization intends to launch a center for providing exporters with support, a senior trade official told Trend.
“The plan on extending support to exporters in the framework of Expo Clinic will have a positive impact on the process of exports development. We have decided to inaugurate Expo Clinic in order to contribute to efforts aimed at developing exports,” Farhad Nouri, the head of the commercial services at Trade Promotion Organization, told Trend.
The center seeks to provide the small and medium sized exporters with help, he added.
The value of Iran's non-oil exports, including gas condensate, reached $35.61 billion during the first 10 months of the current fiscal year (started March 20, 2017).
The figure indicates a fall by 2 percent compared to the same period of the preceding year, according to Iran's Customs Administration data.
The volume of the exported goods reached 99.31 million tons in the 10-month period, 7 percent less year-on-year.
