The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for April 9:
Export floor: Offers 6,000 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 195,151 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom feed stock, polymers, slack wax, paraffin and sulphur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 91,900 tons of steel sheets, 310 tons of wire copper, 3,000 tons of cathode copper and 30,000 tons of steel slabs type SM as well as 2,800 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots and 500 tons of aluminium billets.
Agriculture floor: Offers 355,000 day-oil chicks, 8,750 tons of sugar and 2,000 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 9,600 tons of wheat and 72,600 tons of colza.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
