The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for June 3:
Export floor: Offers 12,300 tons of bitumen, insulation and sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 235,602 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom, lube cut oil, sulphur and chemicals as well as polymers and slacks wax.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,165 tons of wire copper, 3,000 tons of cathode copper, 20,000 tons of low grade copper and 140,000 tons of sulphur molybdenum.
Agriculture floor: Offers 17,000 tons of wheat, 5,650 tons of sugar and 5,500 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 4,400 tons of colza and 1,600 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 1,000 tons of sugar, 4,400 tons of steel profile basket, 188 tons of metal scraps as well as 3,200 empty barrels and 50 tons of used locomotive engine oil.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
