The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for June 12:
Export floor: Offers 48,365 tons of bitumen and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 191,830 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom, slack waxes and sulphur as well as polymers, wax and base oils.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 5,000 tons of iron sponge, 30,000 tons of bloom ingots and 30,000 tons of slab type C as well as 140 tons of sulphur molybdenum.
Agriculture floor: Offers 19,800 tons of wheat, 5,050 tons of sugar and 1,000 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 5,050 tons of corn fodder.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 1,000 tons of sugar and 100 tons of frozen meat.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
