The measures are taken after a fire occurred at the Bu Ali Sina Petrochemical Company located at Special Economic Zone of Bandar Mahshahr in Khuzestan Province.
“After accident at the Bu Ali Petrochemical, we have decided to conduct courses in crisis management and we sent 140 HSE specialists and experts to European countries to be trained," he said.
In his words, in line with an agreement with National Passive Defense Organization (NPDO), 1,100 specialists from 21 petrochemical companies have been trained.
"The HSE program benefits include identifying and reporting all safety and environmental risks at the operating companies. It was one of the first steps in the nation's petrochemical industry to address deficiencies,” added NaderPour.
"The HSE training courses will conducted by experts every year," he said.
