According to the statistics, in the 12th month of last year, the price of 1 square meter of apartments in Tehran increased by 3.8 percent compared to the 11th month (from January 21 through February 19, 2024) and by 24.8 percent compared to the same month. of the previous year.
The statistics add that at the same time, the price of a 1 square meter apartment in Tehran was about 785 million rials (about $18,685) in the 11th month.
Statistics reveal that in the 12th month, the price of 1 square meter of the priciest apartment among 22 districts in Tehran was 1.5 billion rials (about $35,876) in District 1, while the price of 1 square meter of the cheapest apartment was 432 million rials in District 18 (about $10,290).
