An ambulance helicopter crashed while taking off in Ilam Province (western Iran), Director of Ilam Shohada Airport Javad Yeganeh said, Trend reports.
According to Yeganeh, the ambulance helicopter was seriously damaged. Two medics and two pilots in the helicopter were not injured in the crash.
The director noted that the helicopter is currently on the runway in the Ilam city and the reasons of the accident are being worked out.
