The OSCE Special Representative for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Ms Eva Biaudet, will visit Armenia for the first time on 6-8 May, Public Radio of Armenia reported.
During this official visit, she will meet with a number of high level Armenian officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Labour and Social Issues, Justice, Prosecutor General's office, Armenian Police, National Assembly of Armenia. She will participate in the meeting of the Anti-Trafficking Inter-Ministerial Council Working Group chaired by the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The Special Representative meetings will help to further develop and strengthen cooperation of the Armenian anti-trafficking actors with the OSCE, determining the areas where the OSCE support and expertise can be of use.
