Georgia, Tbilisi, 27 June / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ A Turkish coastguard patrol cutter (board 69) entered Poti port on 26 June. Commander of the Coastguard of Georgian Border Service David Gulua met the cutter in the port.
During the visit of the Turkish vessel, joint Georgian-Turkish border service offshore trainings will take place to perfect coordinated actions during offshore rescue operations and emergency situations.
Recently, Georgia received the largest coastguard cutter from Turkey, which was constructed by the order of Georgian border service.
