Georgia, Tbilisi, 12 August / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / One Dutch cameraman died in Gori during the bombing by Russian aircrafts in the morning on 12 August, Georgian journalists reported from Gori.
Georgi Gabashvili, an MP of the Georgian Parliament, said to journalists that Georgia's Ambassador to Greece Irakli Tavartkiladze had contacted with them and said that several Greek journalists from a survey squad of the Greek Public Television were wounded during bombing of Gori. "He asked us to render every kind of assistance to journalists and now we are engaged in this," he said.
A Georgian citizen, who is a driver of the Greek journalists, was wounded as well. He has been taken to the Gudushauri hospital in Tbilisi.
"This is the continuation of violence towards the civilians. The international community should put an end to this," Gabashvili said.
