Georgia is ready to fully cooperate with commission of Tagliavini: minister
Georgia, Tbilisi, Feb.9 / Trend corr N. Kirtzkhalia / After meeting with chairman of the international independent commission on investigation of Georgian-Russian war Heidi Tagliavini, Georgian Reintegration Minister Temur Yakobashvili said experts, which already joined the commission, arrived in Tbilisi with Tagliavini. "The Georgian authority is ready to fully cooperate with the international commission and submit all on-hand data" the minister said.
Yakobashvili said the commission plans to visit the breakaway territories of Georgia- Abkhazia and Tzkhinvali. According to the minister, the Georgian side proposed the commission to add several other important questions to the questionnaire. The minister said that it currently deals with the ecological attack of Russia.
"The commission's report will have a feature of recommendation. Most importantly, we want to prove the reality to Western counterparts as a result which the August event will be named as a warfare against Georgia," the minister said.Do you have any feedback?
