Georgian president to make annual report at parliament

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will make an annual report at the parliament on Feb.28, "Rustavi-2" television company reported on Monday.
The parliament will hear the president's annual report on major issues on the country's state during the first day of spring plenary session.
After the president's report a two-hour break is announced, after which chairmen of factions make speeches. A resolution can be adopted after the debates.
Time of the president's speech at the Parliament will be specified on Monday at a meeting of the Bureau of Parliament.
