Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze believes that there is no reason for Bidzina Ivanishvili to blame the government for anything.

"For several months we have been listening to the statements of Bidzina Ivanishvili and his team about the fact that he's going to take part in elections, and then pursue a career and become the prime minister, and only the lack of citizenship prevents him from this. Yesterday we adopted an amendment that removed this problem. There are restrictions neither to membership in the parliament, nor to occupation of position of chairman or prime minister or president. I was surprised to hear that Ivanishivi isn't going to participate in the elections. Their have changed their mind completely. I want to be clear: there is no restrictions on political activity of Ivanishvili and it depend on only his desire whether participate or not in the elections," David Bakradze said during the meeting with teachers and students of Kutaisi State University today.

In this case, when all the problems are removed, it would be incorrect to blame the government, he added.
