Georgian border guards have rescued an Israeli tourist.
On July 28, Israeli tourists were crushed under a rock fall in the mountain region of Svaneti, the Georgian Border Police told Trend on Monday.
A group of Israeli tourists were crushed under a rock fall in the area of the Chaladi glacier.
According to the report, one of the tourists, Levi Ienudit received an injury but his fellow travellers were unable to help him out of the glacier.
Georgian border guards were then sent out to provide assistance and administered first aid to the injured man before taking him to Mestia Hospital.
