Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava will hold negotiations in the UAE in connection with the resumption of suspended infrastructure projects in Tbilisi.
As the Georgian presidential administration said, the president and mayor of the capital left for the United Arab Emirates on Friday morning.
Saakashvili will leave the Emirates for Strasbourg, where he will attend the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
