A meeting of the NATO-Georgia commission took place at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

According to the Office of the State Minister for EU Integration, the meeting held at the level of the political committee reviewed the draft annual national program for 2013 (ANP).

The Georgian delegation led by the Deputy State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration David Dondua is on a visit to Brussels. The delegation consists of representatives of state agencies included in the ANP.

Following consideration by an annual program in Brussels, it may be approved by the State Commission for Georgia's integration into NATO. That would take place only after the document is officially presented to the alliance.

Within the working visit, David Dondua met with NATO's Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy Dirk Brengelmann and the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai. The parties discussed the process of Georgia's integration into the alliance and future prospects.

David Dondua will also visit the closing ceremony of the Georgia III trust fund project, which will be opened by the Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alasania
