The United National Movement plans to hold a protest in front of the Georgian parliament in Tbilisi, and called "all true patriots" to the rally.
The demonstration will be held at 16:00 April 19, general secretary of the party Vano Merabishvili said at a special briefing on Thursday.
"We must clearly show the new authorities, that our future is with the EU, not Russia. Current authorities are hesitating, and this hesitance generates suspicion that we are drawn into a new USSR," he said.
Merabishvili stressed that he and his party fellows will tour the country and mobilize the people to convince the authorities that the country wants to choose Europe rather than Russia.
