Tbilisi to host EU-Georgia conference

Konrad Adenauer Foundation will host a conference entitled "Costs and benefits of labor mobility between the EU and Georgia" in Tbilisi on September 30.
The results of research will be presented and discussion will be held.
The purpose of the research was to analyze the possible economic effect of labor mobility between the EU and Georgia. In particular, the benefits and challenges that may arise in the economic development after the liberalization of the visa regime must be analyzed.
The main trends of labor migration will be considered at the meeting. Special attention will be paid to the influence of the Association Agreement on labor migration.
Georgian MPs, representatives of the public sector, non-governmental and international organizations, the diplomatic corps and the media will attend the event.
