The next meeting of the special representative of Georgian prime minister on the Russian-Georgian relations Zurab Abashidze and Russian deputy foreign minister Grigory Karasin will take place in Prague October 16.
The main topics of discussion will again be trade and humanitarian issues, Zurab Abashidze told reporters in Tbilisi Oct.6.
The issue of implementation of the association agreement with the European Union will be discussed as well.
The Georgian side considers that the agreement is no threat to Russia, and a free trade regime between Russia and Georgia will be restored, according to Abashidze.
However, he did not rule out that maybe the matter will rest in the restoration of railway communication through Abkhazia.
