Tbilisi, Georgia, Dec. 10
By Nana Kirtzkhalia - Trend:
Georgia continues all existing formats of negotiations with Russia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a briefing Dec. 9.
"This is the right way because we must have a dialogue with Russia," he said. "Therefore, both Geneva format and the Karasin-Abashidze format will remain."
Garibashvili stressed that the government harshly condemned the Abkhaz-Russian agreement on strategic partnership and alliance and this was done at all levels.
Garibashvili was pleased with the outcome of the negotiations on economic issues with Russia, but dissatisfied with the political outcome.
