The Georgian side provided Ukraine with all documents on the case of former Justice Minister Zurab Adeishvili, Deputy Interior Minister Archil Talakvadze told reporters.

Adeishvili is wanted by Interpol at the request of the Georgian authorities for committing malfeasance.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Justice Gia Getsadze said that Adeishvili consults the Ukrainian government.

"Ukrainian side was provided with all necessary documents," Talakvadze said. "The procedure was completed. The Ukrainian side must make a decision on Adeishvili's movement in the territory of Ukraine."

Adeishvili has been wanted by Interpol Red Circular at the request of the Georgian authorities since 2013. The preliminary detention was chosen in absentia for Adeishvili as a preventive measure by the Tbilisi City Court on January 5, 2013.
