Georgia’s total income from foreign visitors from January through November 2021 amounted to more than $1.1 billion, which is an increase of 108.6 percent, compared to $527.2 million over the same period of 2020, Trend reports via the National Bank of Georgia (NBG).
According to the data, the total income in November 2021 amounted to $111 million, which is a decrease of 21.9 percent, compared to $142.3 million in October 2021.
However, the same figure significantly increased by 760.4 percent, compared to November 2020, when Georgia received $12.9 million from international visitors.

EU – $157.1 million;
Ukraine – $154.5 million;
Russia – $135.8 million;
Turkey – $107.4 million;
Israel – $106.8 million;
Saudi Arabia – $71.7 million;
Azerbaijan – $38 million;
Armenia – $24.8 million.
Meanwhile, the number of international visitors to Georgia from January through November 2021 amounted to 1.66 million visitors, which is a decrease of 1.6 percent, compared to 1.69 million over the same period of 2020.
