The entrepreneurs from Poland, who offer smart ecological technologies, consider organizing a visit to Georgia in 2023 to present their affordable and easy-to-adapt solutions, the Ministry of Climate and Environment of Poland told Trend.
"Such an on-site trade mission may pave the way for a closer collaboration between Georgia and Poland in the field of green technologies," the source said.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic almost all meetings organized by the Ministry of Climate and Environment of Poland and Georgian counterparts were held online.
According to the Ministry, "Possibilities of cooperation in green technology sector - Poland and Georgia" meeting was organized in July 2021 within the GreenEvo (Green Technology Accelerator) program. The meeting was attended by almost 20 companies from both sides.
"We are open for continuation of the relationship between Polish and Georgian companies, because Georgia is among the important destinations for the GreenEvo trade missions. We hope that the portfolio of companies will be even more interesting for our partners, including partners in Georgia," the Ministry noted.
GreenEvo is an innovative program run by the Ministry of Climate and Environment designed to create friendly conditions to disseminate environmental technologies provided by Polish entrepreneurs – in Poland and abroad.
