BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 6. The number of new mortgage loans issued in Georgia has decreased in April 2022, compared to April of 2021, Trend reports referring to the data of TBC Capital.
The volume in April 2022 decreased by 67 percent, compared to the same month of the previous year.
The number of residential real estate transactions in Georgia's capital, Tbilisi, through the TBC Bank in April 2022 decreased by 9 percent, compared to the same period of 2021, the report said.
Meanwhile, the growth of non-cash spending through the Bank’s channels increased by 17 percent, compared to the 2019 level.
