Jordan's government will launch negotiations with the Muslim Brotherhood within two days, The Al-Qods Al-Arabi Daily quoted organization's spokesman Jamil Abu-Bakr as saying on Monday.
Abu-Bakr noted that this dialog is aimed at resolving some existing disagreements related to political and social reforms between the government and the Muslim Brotherhood movement, which represents the country's opposition.
The Jordanian Muslim Brothers has repeatedly called for mass demonstrations in the country to require large-scale political and social reforms.
This movement is the leading opposition body in Jordan.
