Kuwaiti PM names new cabinet

Newly-appointed Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Friday announces the new cabinet line-up, the official KUNA news agency reported.
   The key posts in the cabinet in the oil-rich country are unchanged, including ministers of defense, interior, oil and foreign affairs.
   Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah approved his nephew Sheikh Nasser's new government line-up.
   On May 20, the Emir issued an order reappointing Sheikh Nasser as prime minister and tasked him with nominating names of the new cabinet members.
   In March, the Kuwaiti cabinet resigned to prevent a grilling attempt by some lawmakers against then Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser, and days later the emir dissolved the parliament.
   On May 16, the 13th Parliament elections was held, the third since May 2006 in the country which witnessed repeated political crises in recent years.
