More than 2,000 people gathered outside the headquarters of the National Union of Beverage Workers in the capital of Tegucigalpa to show support for ousted president Manuel Zelaya, Xinhua reported.
Supporters of Zelaya blocked traffic for the third day on the highway that connects the capital  with San Pedro Sula, the nation's second largest city.
"Today we are here again asking and thanking the people of Honduras for the great demonstrations, not only in the capital, but in all corners of our country," said Xiomara Castro, Zelaya's wife who joined the rally.
"Today we want to tell you that we will not give up,"she added.
Castro said that the country would not accept a de facto regime led by the military and a selected few. "We do not accept the repression, we do not accept the injustice", she said.
Zelaya's followers said they would continue protesting until Zelaya is restored to power.
Representatives of Zelaya and the country's post-coup interim government met in San Jose on Saturday for the second round of talks aimed at finding a solution to the political crisis in Honduras.
Zelaya was ousted and forced into exile on June 28 in a military coup, which was widely condemned by the international community.
