Heavy rains and hail in West Azerbaijan region of Iran damaged 5 cities and killed a child, Trend quoted the Iranian television. Floods damaged 400 houses and roads connecting 30 villages of the region with Urmiya city, and took away 750 cattle.
Floods mostly damaged the Siyakhbaz village of Hoi and destructed cultivated plots of several hectares, as well as 80 houses, two bridges, killing 50 cattle in the Chaldyran, Chaypara, Maku and Shut towns in the West Azerbaijan province.
