A plane of U.S. carrier Continental Airlines bound for Houston was diverted to New Mexico Wednesday after a man aboard appeared suicidal and began disrupting the passengers, Xinhua reported.
According to officials, the man aboard the flight from San Jose, California to Houston was suicidal and began "wrecking havoc " on the plane and the crew had to land the plane in an airport in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
FBI agents have taken the man in custody, and there were no injuries on the plane, officials said.
The flight resumed at around 10:30 am, according to officials.
