A sports car veered off the track and hit a group of spectators at a race near the Bavarian town of Bayreuth on Sunday, injuring five, dpa reported.
One of the casualties was a child who was seriously injured.
The car drove into a group of people standing near the finish line of the traditional hill race, police in Bayreuth said. They had no further details about the accident.
