Several policemen sustained wounds during a special operation in the northern Paris suburb Saint Denis conducted over the terror attacks in the capital, Sputnik International news agency reported.
Two or three suspects are reportedly surrounded, according to the agency.
Heavy gunshots have been heard in Saint Denis. Local police confirmed an operation is ongoing.
Three people have already been detained, according to the message.
