At least 17 people were killed and 12 others injured on Tuesday morning in a collision involving a rail maintenance train and a freight train in Bibala, a municipality in Angola's southern Namibe province, local authorities said, Xinhua reported.
Emergency crew on site said the death toll could go up and that there are still victims stranded in the trains.
