(ForUm) - In October consumer prices scaled up by 2.6%, Ukraine's State Statistics Committee informs. Foodstuff prices were increased by 1.4%, nonfoods prices by 0.1%, prices on services by 7.8%, reports Trend.
In January-October, the inflation was 8.7%, including the foodstuff and nonfoods prices were scaled up by 2.1% and 37.3% correspondingly.
In September the inflation was 2.0%, in January-September 5.9%. In 2005 the inflation was 10.3% and in 2004 it was 12.3%.
The Cabinet has formed the draft budget-2006 issuing 7% of the GDP growth-2006 and 8.7% of the inflation increase.
In August, judging by the outcomes of 2006, Ukraine's Ministry of Economy forecasted the GDP growth up to 6% and the inflation up to 10%.
